		<description>Cut down on carbs, drink lots of water, excersise daily. If you have a walkable pet, take a short walk in the mornings before work. When you get home and eat, take another short walk. Maybe on Saturdays, take a family walk. Pack a healthy picnic to take with you. Walk to the park with your family and/or pet and have a picnic or a snack. When you get done, walk around or play with your kids. Note: I just thought of this. This might not work. Don&#39;t know. P.S. Best of Luck!</description>
