  2. eat only whole foods. ya know, fresh fruits, whole grains and veggies. nothing proccesed and no suger. you dont need to kill yourself with excercise, even walking will help. just build up to it. please dont starve yourself it will only make you gain weight in the long run.

  3. less food, more exercise… the more you exercise the faster you metabolism, the more fat your body burns… don't drink alcoholic beverages and cut back on junk food like chips and candy, but don't cut these foods completely out of your diet, you'll crave them more.. just cut back.. if you eat out of boredom, get a hobby

  5. Try making broth based soups for yourself, and capitalize on the broth. It can be very satisfying, full of nutrition, and versatile.

Cut down on cheeses and bread products.

Read food labels and watch for words ending in "ose" in the ingredient list. You'll be shocked at what you are really paying for. Consider making these items yourself — you'll become a better cook, you'll be happier, and you'll burn some calories making them, and you'll probably enjoy them better.

Don't eat snack foods that you don't make yourself. That way you control the sugar you put in them.

Eat Natural peanut butter. Eat whole fruits and veggies.

Stop eating when you're feel about 80% full. You might notice that after a few minutes you feel quite full.

    Eat smaller meals more frequently.

Use non-stick pans to cook eggs.

    I could go on.

These suggestions have worked wonders for me.
