I just love answering these weight loss questions. Here’s another:
Question: Female, 15, 5ft 10, 65kg.
Bust 34A, so I carry most of my weight around my hips and thighs.
Bust 34A, so I carry most of my weight around my hips and thighs.
Breakfast - 45g oats with raisins and peanuts (salted), mug of white coffee
Lunch - only vegetables (usually a home made salad or something) and 2 apples
Back from school - cereal like fruit and fiber, or some more oats
Dinner - pasta or potatoes, maybe some beans or something.
I don’t eat after 7, bed at usually 9.30 - 10ish.
8 glasses of water throughout the day. On school days I don’t have time to exercise
Usually I’ll go for a 20 min run a week.
Daily I do 50 sit ups, 25 leg raises, and lift some weights.
How can I lose weight?
Thanks for any advice.
Answer: A balanced diet don’t do a silly ‘no-carbs’ diet they don’t work just don’t indulge and do plenty of exercise, the thing to remember is even if your not trying to loose weight you still need to eat well and exercise so don’t think that when you loose weight you can pig out on chocolate because you need to maintain your figure. If you want a good figure you need to work for it. Your doing fine so far though
you do not really need to loose weight. But if you want to loose that jelly fat around your thighs and hips get in shape. Run every day for a half hour or so, or just ride a bike outside or join a sport.

A friend of mine uses an Acai Berry product, it flushes all the waste out your system.
Shes lost quite a lot of weight and she swears by the stuff. She got it for free too, only had to pay like $5 shipping.
Here’s their site: http://tinyurl.com/acaidiet500

Hi there,
First off you are young and your body will still be going through some growth changes. Also, I find that cardo exercises help me lose weight more then just leg lifts. Riding a bike, jogging or even dancing for 30 mins. burns lots of calories.

I don’t really thing you need to lose weight, but if you’d like to tone up i’d suggest Martial arts or kickboxing.
I do Jiu-Jitsu which is a mix of karate, judo, akido, and tae kwon do. I’ve made great friends, gotten awesome role models, gotten hundreds of volunteer hours, and it’s helped with self-disipline, confidence, aggressiveness, humour, goal setting, and so much more.
I also do cardio kickboxing, but there are other types to try out, i’d avoid full contact if you’re just starting out.
In most Martial asrts and kickboxing programs you can show up whenever you can and you don’t have to attend every class.
It’s really fun and you’ll make some like long friends.
When you first start you might not see a difference, but once you get more active and into the classes you’ll start losing weight.
BUT after that you might find that you’re gaining weight again, but that’s just muscle.

Why do girls post these questions on here and there stats show them to be very skinny and there portions very small? I think you know yourself that you don’t need to loose weight, and the majority of answers you will receive will be like “You shouldn’t worry about weight” , “You are way skinny!”….
Get some self confidence.

My newest discovery is Papayamine. After carefully studying it I have seen that it contain virtually everything your body needs to maintain healthy nutritional intake. My recommendation is to take two shakes a day and supplement two capsules twice a day. ie take one shake with orange juice in to morning upon awakening and one shake for lunch then eat a sensible meal. Then in between the first and second shake take two Papayamine capsules. Then between the second shake and dinner take two more capsules. Then take a third shake 30 minutes before bed. This is guaranteed to make your body go into a state of weight lose. Get this from their web-site http://www.papayamine.com
This only has 34 calories per serving. You can mix it with fruit juice or skim milk. I have some patients that mix it with soy milk too.
