Weight Loss Tips and Advice That Work?

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:

Question: I lost 2 stone over the summer before losing willpower and settling as I was. I managed to keep it off for a few months but have recently put 4 pounds back on. Does anyone have any tips for sticking to it? I use the tried and tested diet method of simply eating right and exercising, the problem is that I’m extremely unmotivated and love fatty foods. Any healthy recipe ideas or help on sticking with it? Does anyone have a secret to weight loss that actually works and doesn’t cost a fortune?? I have 10 pounds to go before reaching the middle of my ideal BMI and am desperate for help! No faddy diets please! Sorry for the general vagueness of my question, I’m just after some general help and opinions please. Thanks in advance
Answer: First of all you need to be self determined and keep patience if looking to reduce you weight. This a fact that after taking medicines or diet pills, body weight will not vanish overnight, as it take atleast 2-3 months to get rid of unwanted fats from the body.
